Hi, I’m Nicola.
I offer you the opportunity to talk about whatever is on your mind in a calm and confidential place to be heard and understood, perhaps for the first time in your life. I work with people who feel lost, anxious, depressed and are struggling to cope. We work to take control back of your life, helping you understand why you feel and behave the way you do.
Some clients come to psychotherapy with a clear idea of what they want to talk about and what they want to get out of psychotherapy. Others feel confused or maybe have a feeling of general discontentment but can’t quite pin down why. However you are feeling, and whatever you’re coming to discuss, you are welcome here. Together we will explore what it’s like to be you, make sense of what’s going on, and help you become the person you want to be.
